If you or one of your dealers notice their location requires modification in the ShipEarly either due to a move, change of hours as seasons shift, or contact only the retailer or ShipEarly can modify these details. Retailers are asked to maintain but if you notice any discrepancy please notify support@shipearly.com. Otherwise the retailer themselves can edit the following:
Location
- As Retailer Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Company Name in top right
- Click on My Account
- Click Contact Information
- Modify the desired change of address, contact eMail, main telephone, etc.
- Click Update
Hours
Hours of operation might change between seasons and can be adjusted by the retailer.
- As Retailer Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Company Name in top right
- Click on My Account
- Click Operating Hours
- Modify the desired change of Hours, if closed click the closed checkbox
- Click Update
Support Contact
The support contact, of which eMails get generated from their account and are the reply eMail address on all orders can be modified by the retailer as well.
- As Retailer Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Company Name in top right
- Click on My Account
- Click Edit Customer Support
- Modify the desired support contact/email
- Click Update
