Assign Account ID to Retailer

Account IDs are identifiers that can quickly be used to look-up an account or cross-reference with another platform like your accounting software. Account IDs are applied to ShipEarly orders and available on exports plus we also import Account IDs into your eCommerce platform as tags for further analysis or downstream processing.

Assign Account ID to Single Retailer

1. Click on Retailers tab
2. Find the retailer you would like to assign an Account ID to and click Edit
3. In the Account ID field, enter a unique identifier
4. Click Save

Assign Account IDs to Many Retailers

The easiest way to assign many Account IDs at once is to use our export/import feature. 

1. Click on Retailers tab
2. Click Export to obtain a spreadsheet of all retailers
3. Fill in the appropriate Account IDs and save the spreadsheet
4. Click Import and select the correct file to upload
