How to Approve Retailers

Objective

You have been notified a new retailer wants to connect and seeking to approve the new account in Shipearly's platform to collaborate with online.

Procedure

1. Login to ShipEarly
2. Click on the Retailers Tab
3. Assign a Pricing Tier for the Retailer, if no pricing tiers exist you must create one with the Add/Edit Pricing Tier button on the page.
4. Click Save

This makes the retailer eligible to connect with. Simply slide the 'Not Connected' button over to 'Connected' and you now have a new retailer assigned. You can decide if you would like a retailer to be a stocking dealer with an assigned pricing tier (ie. Level 1, 2, 3... or Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.) or a commissioned dealer who simply makes a pickup fee per order.

At this point, you may also want to assign a B2B Tax rate if you do not have a tax exemption certificate. You can do so by entering the tax percentage in the B2B Tax % column.
