Objective
You want to add a sales rep in ShipEarly's platform and assign to an Account.
Adding a Sales Rep or Distributor
- Click on Retailers Tab
- Click Add/Edit Sales Rep
- Enter Sales Rep email into the form and click Search
- Enter the Sales Rep details including Descriptor (how they will appear), First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number.
- If the Sales Rep is a Distributor, check off Distributor.
- Click Save.
Assign a Sales Rep or Distributor to an Account
- Click on Retailers tab
- Find the retailer you would like to assign a sales rep to
- Search or select the accounts you would like a Sales Rep or Distributor assigned to
- Assumes a Sales Rep or Distributor is already created. If you haven't created a Sales Rep or Distributor yet, see steps above. Eligible sales reps will appear in dropdown.
- Click the dropdown in the Sales reps column and select the Rep
- Click Save at the bottom of the screen
Mass Apply Sales Reps or Distributors to Accounts
If you have many accounts you would like to update simultaneously and tag a Sales Rep or Distributor to you can import the associations in ShipEarly. The Sales Rep or Distributor must first be created.
- Click on Retailers tab
- Click on Export
- On the exported file in the Sales Rep column fill in which Sales Rep or Distributor you would like to apply to many retailers at once, with exact spelling already assigned in ShipEarly (recommend copy and paste)
- Save the file as a .CSV or .XLSX
- Click Import and select the file to upload
