Objective
You no longer wish to do business with a select retailer on the platform and would like to disconnect the account so they no longer appear during checkout or place B2B orders with you.
Procedure
- Login to ShipEarly
- Click on the Retailers Tab
- Slide the 'Connected' button to 'Not Connected'
- Click Edit on the row the retailer is
- Click Remove Retailer
This makes the retailer ineligible to receive future orders or place orders with you.
