How to Remove a Retailer from Your Account

Objective

You no longer wish to do business with a select retailer on the platform and would like to disconnect the account so they no longer appear during checkout or place B2B orders with you.

Procedure

1. Login to ShipEarly
2. Click on the Retailers Tab
3. Slide the 'Connected' button to 'Not Connected'
4. Click Edit on the row the retailer is
5. Click Remove Retailer

This makes the retailer ineligible to receive future orders or place orders with you.
