Account ID Added to Metafield: To make it easier to integrate data into ERP systems we have added the Account ID number to a custom metafield called 'Account ID' in Shopify. Any order type will have this metafield assigned if there is a retailer involved.
Ship from Store Improvements: Confirmed Ship from Store orders will now have 'Ship from Store' tags listed when entering orders into Shopify. In addition to the consumer being listed on the shipping address, the retail account will be on the Billing Address.
B2B Refunds on Split Payment Report: To improve the clarity of financial payouts anytime there is a B2B refund (meaning a charge and split has already been confirmed) we will list this on the dealer payments report inside ShipEarly. Reports > Dealer Payments > Select the date range to see if any refunds.
Bulk Change UPC Codes & Local Delivery on Product Export/Import: To assist with product setup, we have now added the ability to import UPC Codes & bulk change products to be eligible for Local Delivery. To bulk change visit Products > Export and Import back in after appropriate changes in a spreadsheet program.
Affirm for WooCommerce: Affirm is now available as an option for WooCommerce customers. To toggle on click your company name in top right > Payouts > Check Affirm.
Custom Search Retailer Export: Now when you search on the retailers tab for a specific criteria and export you are able to do so. For example to see all dealers in Texas, type 'Texas' and then export for further analysis.
Product Data in Google Tag Manager: We have added product layer data including images, product names, titles onto the Data Layer of Google Tag Manager that can be used to develop customer integrations like Abandoned Carts.
Custom Product Order Fees: Occasionally products require additional fees to be associated at time of sale. For example, in the state of Oregon there is a $15 bike tax on select bikes over a certain size or stewardship fees on electronics or building materials that must be charged to the consumer. This can now be leveraged to educate consumers on the front end during checkout on Shopify. These fees can be applied by product by State/Province.
Stationary Synchronizer: The product synchronizer on every page is annoying and has been removed. Now you can see the product sync only at the bottom of the products page as a visual to let you know it is being run or has been run.
Product Page UI Modification: All product page buttons have been moved to the top of the page for easier access and navigation.
Stripe Removed as Gated Section of Registration: As some accounts use our service for B2B only we have made it a non-requirement to view or interact on our service to have an active Stripe account. For dealers not wanting to participate in online sales they can now use our service for B2B as well.
If their Stripe account is not active, on every login and every time they visit the dashboard a flash message will display stating 'You are not eligible to receive sales or payouts until your Stripe account is activated.'
Upon clicking the link they will be directed to their payouts page where they can visually see their status and connect their account.
