Product Tags for Branch Locations: Unique product tags for which products a retailer is to show up for are not available for sub-locations or branch locations. This enables you further fine tune control of individual accounts and which products they are eligible for.
Assign Multiple Countries to Brand Staff: Brand staff can now be allocated to all countries, a specific country, or multiple countries. This defaults their dashboard, orders, purchase orders, and retailers page to only display relevant information based on the countries selected.
Promotion Start/End Time: Promotions for both Online to Offline and B2B can now have a defined start and end time in addition to date allowing for more granular control.
Recording Dates Connected: When you connect with an account, by default in the notes section it is storing when the connection initiated. On the Retailer export, the last column is also displaying the date the account was connected.
Online to Offline Commerce
Estimated Installation Cost/Time: For store pickup of items we can now display the estimated installation time and cost so the consumer can know with confidence before ordering whether they wish to proceed or not.
Klarna/Affirm Min/Max: You can now set limits as to when you want Affirm or Klarna payment methods to appear.
Store Locator
Ship to Store Visibility: On first store locator page under Delivery Method, we will display whether a dealer is eligible for Ship to Store, rather than just 'Store Pickup' listed to provide more meaningful communication allowing the consumer to know inventory is not yet available.
Unregistered Accounts: If you have dealers who want to be listed on the Store Locator but have no interest in registering an account they can now be listed as locations with a map marker, address, telephone and website. This is done on the Store Locator tab where they can be added individually or in bulk.
B2B Commerce
Editable On File Payment Method: The payment method 'On File Payment' is now customizable to display what you want. To edit visit payouts and edit in the On File Payment Label.
Generate Invoices & Track Payments: You can now make it so that invoices are generated and displayed in ShipEarly and payments can be tracked separately by editing a dealers settings. This means you can display invoices but not allow payments which must happen outside our B2B platform.
Customer Balances on Dashboard: When new orders come in, it will highlight with a red dot if the account has outstanding invoices in the order table with the ability to pay link to a statement page displaying outstanding invoices and balances.
