General
Refund Button to Top of Order Page: The refund button has been moved to the top of the order page as an action rather than scrolling to the bottom to issue a refund it is now front and center increasing usability.
Display Number of Items on Order Table: On the Dashboard, Consumer Orders, and Dealer Orders tabs we are now displaying how many items are on the order.
Multiple Ancillery Fees: Our Online to Offline & B2B Commerce tools now support multiple ancillery fees being added to cart on a transaction. Support Eco Fees, Tariff Surcharges or whichever fees you want.
Online to Offline Commerce:
Optional Use of Retailer Tax Rate on Commission: For brands who want to pass on the commission rate they can do so optionally within the platform.
Store Locator
Display Next Time Open: Store hours are now dynamically displaying when the next date they will be open and whether or not they are open/closed currently.
Mandatory Time Zone: As a result of displaying next time a shop is open it requires us to make Time Zone entry mandatory for all accounts on setup.
B2B Commerce
Display Number of Items on Order: For B2B Commerce we are now summing how many items are on an order to help dealers to determine how far away they are from free freight.
Authorization of B2B Credit Card Orders: At time of order confirmation we are now authorizing instead of immediately capturing. Instead the capture process will happen automatically later either upon fulfillment or after 4.5 days of authorizing the card.
Expired Discounts: B2B orders with discounts that have gone past the due date will be turned into Regular Orders and discounts will be removed for submission later.
Hide B2B Products from Pricing Tier: Customize your catalog further by hiding select items from dealers B2B catalog to create personalized experiences by dealer type. Simply NULL or leave blank a pricing tier to display.
Retailer Updates
Origin Based Taxation: In select states that have origin based taxation where it uses the tax rate of the physical store will be applied where applicable. This is mainly for Local Delivery or Ship from Store orders as the dealers tax rate was used for Store Pickups/Ship to Store.
Retailer Inventory API: The Retailer Inventory API has been updated to include lookups by UPC code making it easier for dealers to share inventory.
