B2B Minimum & Maximum Orders

If you are looking for ways to make it so that customers must order either a minimum or you want to cap the maximum amount of units an account can place on an order. If someone attempts to build an order for less than the minimum it will bump them automatically to the minimum threshold. If an account tries to add more than the maximum it will reduce their cart quantity to the maximum you set.

The minimum and maximum quantities will displayed to all users in the catalog as shown below:

Apply B2B Minimum & Maximum to a Single Product

1. Login to the Portal
2. Click on Products
3. Hover over the action button and click Edit Product
4. Set the Minimum Qty and Maximum Qty
5. Click Submit to save the values

Please note that the minimum cannot exceed the maximum.

Apply B2B Minimum & Maximum to Bulk Products

1. Login to the Portal
2. Click on Products
3. Click on Export and Select Product Details
4. In the Min QTY and Max QTY cells in a spreadsheet enter the values you desire
5. Save the sheet as an XLSX
6. On Products page click Import and select Product Details
7. Select the file you manipulated
8. Import
