Hide Products from B2B Customer View

If you have select products you are not quite ready to open up and allow B2B customers to see them you have a few options available.

Activate Product & Make Available Online but not to B2B Customers

With this option you can make a SKU available for online ordering but B2B customers will not yet be able to see the product. Or perhaps you want to set the product up and not quite ready to release it to B2B Customers. Follow these steps to complete:

Single Product Hidden

1. Click on the Products tab
2. Search or find the product you want hidden from B2B view
3. Hover over Edit for the SKU and select Edit Product
4. On the edit product there is a checkbox to Show on Regular B2B Orders, deselect if you want to hide or select if you want to show. The default is to show the product.
5. Click Submit

Bulk Products Hidden

1. Click on the Products tab
2. Click Export and select Product Details
3. An exported spreadsheet will be downloaded
4. Open the spreadsheet and on the Show on Regular B2B Orders select either 'Yes' to show or 'No' to hide
5. On the Products tab click on Import select Product Details
6. Select your file from your computer
7. Click Import

Please note on the products tab the only products available to show to B2B customers are those titled Retail Exclusive, In-Stock Only, Always Sell Direct, or Sell Direct Unless Bundled. Sell Direct Exclusively products will never appear to B2B customers. In addition, products must be activated to display as deactivated or incomplete products will not be shown.
