Arranging Product Display Order

Looking for ways to change the default order of products or variants on your B2B Shop? Now you can custom sort the order to make it easier for dealers to find your top sellers, new products, or shop by size/color you want them to review and/or buy.

Adjust the Product Sort Order

1. Click on the Products tab
2. Click Export and select Product Titles Sort to get an Excel based spreadsheet of all your product titles
   1. Please note to sort at the variant level, use the Product Variant Sort
3. While in a spreadsheet program arrange the order in which you want products to be displayed. Products at the top will be listed/displayed first and products at the bottom last.
4. When complete, save your file in excel format and on the Products tab click Import > Import Product Titles Sort
5. Select your newly saved file in the browse menu
6. Click Import

This will adjust the sort of the products on the Products tab as well so any time you are working with product data this will be the new sort order. By default, any new product you add will be located at the bottom of the sort order so as not to disrupt your initially order. To rearrange for new products just rearrange the sort order as described in this article.

Adjust the Variant Sort Order

1. Click on the Products tab
2. Click Export and select Product Variant Sort to get an Excel based spreadsheet of all your product titles
   1. Please note to sort the display of products and the order they appear on the list, use Product Titles Sort
3. While in a spreadsheet program arrange the order in which you want variants to be displayed such as XS, S, M, L. Products at the top will be listed/displayed first and products at the bottom last.
4. When complete, save your file in excel format and on the Products tab click Import > Import Product Variant Sort
5. Select your newly saved file in the browse menu
6. Click Import
