System Improvements

Custom Favicon: The favicon (icon on browser) is now customizable allowing you to add your own subdomain version. On checkout and as users are logged into your specific subdomain it will display your Favicon rather than ShipEarly's. See support article how to add or adjust your favicon.

Incoming Inventory Transfers: On the Inventory tab you can now add incoming inventory to show to sales reps, dealers, and make available for future purchase/shipment.

Inventory Permissions: For staff accounts you can select if you would like for the user to have access to add/edit an inventory transfer or simply be able to see incoming transfers. Note, sales reps will by default not be able to add or edit a transfer.

New Country Support: Want to sell into Mexico, Japan, or South Africa? We now have applied custom mappings for these specific countries.

Discount Minimums: Now when you create a discount you can assign eligibility for the discount to be applied including minimum dollar value or a set minimum quantity. When users checkout if they do not hit the minimum requirements a discount will not be applied, otherwise the discount will be eligible and apply to the purchase.

Discounts by Collection & Product Tag: You can assign a discount eligible to products by Collection and Tags now when creating a promotion.

Online to Offline Commerce

In-Stock Only Products: In stock only products at dealer locations can show up in checkout and have dealer protect assigned. If no dealers available Ship to Door becomes an option.

Dealer Display by Product Tag: We've modified so you can use tags to determine which products a retailer is displayed in checkout for. To modify, visit Retailers > Edit > And select the product tags a dealer is eligible for and save.

Store Pickup Optional by SKU: If you wish some products to only be eligible for delivery or Ship from Store you can do so and bypass store pickup. So long as one item in the cart has Store Pickup deselected the option to pickup from store will not be available.

B2B Commerce

B2B Discounts: You can now create tailor made B2B programs and discounts with % off, % off, or Buy X, Get Y. This also includes restricting visibility of your B2B catalogue just for those items on discount.

B2B Discount Only Products Shown: When creating a B2B discount you can create various order types including Employee/Staff, Rental, Bookings and decide to display only select products on the program that are eligible rather than your entire catalogue. When creating the discount for the order type you can select which products are applicable and if you want to show the entire catalogue or not.

Merchandising Product Sort: You can custom sort the display order of products on your catalogue. To adjust the display order click on Products > Export Product Titles Sort > Arrange the order in a spreadsheet > Import Product Titles back in (See help article for more details)

Hide Products from B2B View: Have products you don't want to make visible to wholesale customers or at least not yet? You can now make it so products do not show on the products table by disabling them when editing a product or can perform this on mass using the product import/export. (See help article for more details)

API

Edit Orders API: With our API you can now retroactively change the ship date or add a custom invoice number to the transaction, see documentation for details.

Fulfillments API: Any order whether Online to Offline or B2B Commerce can be fulfilled via API, see documentation for details.
