Create Purchase Order from Retailer Profile Page: Now Sales Reps, Staff Members, and Brands will be able to create a purchase order from the retailers profile. It will automatically allow you to start building an order from the desired warehouse and pricing tier level for that account.
Search Added to Create Wholesale Order: When creating a new wholesale order from the wholesale tab, rather than scrolling to find the account you can quickly search by typing to locate and place orders quicker.
Company Name on Shopify Dealer Orders: When creating orders from ShipEarly to Shopify we are now storing the company name in the 'Last Name' field which will display better within the eCommerce platform.
B2C Tag on Ship to Store Orders: Any order that is being shipped to the dealer from Online to Offline Commerce will now have a 'B2C' tag on the order in your eCommerce platform to help filter all online orders.
Branded Dealer Approval eMail: A new template has been created that you can modify so when you approve a new dealer on the platform they will receive an email from your company indicating acceptance rather than us. This notification can be edited by clicking on your company name > Notification > Select Retailer Approval under the General section.
Backorder Tags: If a warehouse or product is out of stock, when orders get placed into your eCommerce platform they will have a tag indicating 'Backorder'
Estimated Ship Dates: If an item is on backorder and an estimated ship date is stored on the item, we will list that Estimated Ship Date on the order both within ShipEarly & eCommerce platform.
ShipEarly Order ID on Direct Sales: Now we are placing the ShipEarly order ID on Direct Sales into your eCommerce platform for easier cross-referencing.
Direct Fulfillments: You are now able to fulfill direct orders within ShipEarly itself. You can ship partial or full orders and all activity is tracked as to what is and is not shipped per order. If fulfilling within ShipEarly the consumer will get an email sent indicating which items are on the shipment and which service and tracking number were sent. As you fulfill orders, the changes will reflect in your eCommerce platform.
Direct Refunds: If you wish to manage your refunds within ShipEarly on direct orders you now have full capability to do so. All changes made automatically reflect subsequently in the eCommerce platform.
% Shipping by Base Price: If you calculate shipping based on using a percentage of the retail price and you run a promotion where there is a price drop. You can now use the initial pre-promotional pricing or base price to calculate the % shipping rate.
Ship from Store Re-Ship: New model where if you wish a consumer can buy online and have a product shipped to the dealer for assembly or service, and then ship the completed unit in a large box to the consumer from their location. To toggle on: Company Name > Shipment Settings > Dealer Options > Ship from Store Re-Ship
Ship from Store Non-Stocking: Previously the only dealers eligible for Ship from Store were those indicated to have stock of the product. Now non-stocking dealers can participate and have items drop shipped on their behalf to the consumers home.
Sales Rep by Branch Location: Previously you could only apply a sales rep or multiple sales reps to a primary location. Now you can assign a rep to a single store of a multi-location dealer.
