Brand Staff Accounts: Now you will be able to add multiple members to your team on ShipEarly with their own unique logins. You will be able to give visibility to select aspects of your portal and read or write permissions. To add team members > Company name in top right > Staff Accounts.
Custom Ship to Addresses: You can now override which location a specific account has their shipments directed to. If they have a warehouse that accepts shipments and a showroom they want customers to visit this can be handled. To assign a custom Ship to Address you must use the Export/Import feature on the retailers tab. On the export there is "Ship to" fields. Please make sure you validate all information input to be accurate.
Improved Discount UI: Discounts will now allow you to track its uses to know how successful a promotion was. The amount used will be stored on all discounts not just those with a limited usage.
Territories: Grouping accounts into regions or zones is important to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs. Now you can assign store locations to territories. Each store is only allowed one territory assignment. Territories can be created on the Retailers tab when hitting the Edit button or done on mass from the export/import. Once a territory is created it will appear as a filter.
Retailer Registration on Subdomain: Now when retailers register on {yourbrand}.shipearlyapp.com subdomain, they will receive a notification from you rather than ShipEarly. This notification is customizable on the Notifications tab under General > Registration Mail
Revised Verification Code: We are revising verification codes to include customer billing details and the credit card used to purchase making it easier to validate customer and perform in person fraud checks. In addition, we are adding the ability to resend the verification code in person to the consumer from this new screen.
Abandon Cart Report: Now when you export the abandoned cart report we will also list the City, State/Province for further analysis.
Ship from Store Modification: Ship from Store now more closely matches Local Delivery. With Ship from Store your retailer can ship items from their locations to consumers homes. If out of stock, you the brand can fill in. The new workflow allows you to customize which products are eligible for the service and well as which retailers and how far from their locations they will ship.
Sales Rep Approval: Sales reps are no longer requiring approval by ShipEarly and will instead if you have licenses/seats available within your plan can add at will.
Edit Sales Rep: If you require a change to be made to a sales rep in your system, you can now make any modifications as the admin of your account. All changes other than email can be made. If requiring a change in email please contact us.
Hover Over eMail: Similar to our last release where we allowed you to hover over comments to preview the last comment, we are doing the same for orders. Now you can hover over the email icon to see the last message the retail location sent to the consumer.
Backorder/Pre-Order Estimate Dates: If you create back in stock date within ShipEarly on the products tab you can at time a transaction is triggered record the promised back in stock date on B2B or Online to Offline orders. This information will allow you to constantly see what the promised date for an order was even if your future back in stock dates have changed.
