Improved Checkout Speeds: We have improved checkout speeds for consumers by removing waste and finding efficiencies in the checkout process while making ourselves less reliant on 3rd Party Services. This makes our application more scalable capable of processing increased order volumes moving forward into the future.
Checkout Language: On the Customer Information page when customers enter details and before we know where they are located, rather than placing $0.00 for shipping we mention that it is to be calculated at the next step.
Buy Button Links: For Buy Button customers we now have the ability to direct customers to your own cart or home pages from the links within our checkout experience. When clicking return to cart, you can send them to your custom created cart page. This is available by clicking Company Name > Checkout Settings and adjusting the Override Links section.
Brand Tax Settings: All taxes will now be calculated within ShipEarly and we no longer use any eCommerce APIs at all during our checkout experience. In order for taxes to display you must first have the country set in shipment settings. You can edit in the United States which states you require a sales tax nexus and the taxes will be calculated automatically for you with real-time rate lookups. In other countries outside of the United States you can input your correct tax rates by State/Province/Country.
Non-Stocking Product: Doing pre-orders or items you know dealers do not have? For specific SKUs you can now skip the Need to Confirm process of 24 hours and have orders automatically move to Dealer Orders similar to non-stocking dealers. To adjust Products Tab > Edit Product > Select Non-Stocking. This can also be done via Export/Import on the products tab.
Branded Login Page: You now have the ability to set your own background image for your {brand}.shipearlyapp.com subdomain giving your customers, reps, and your internal team a more branded experience. To adjust click Company Name > My Account > White Label Settings
Authorization Expired: Occasionally Dealer Orders extended beyond 7 days before brands can confirm pricing or for those interested in doing pre-orders and charging the consumers card later in the process we now support storing the customers credit card details to create a payment and capture later. When attempting to capture a charge after the 7 day window you will receive an error message with the ability to re-charge the consumers card. Of course, you also now have the ability to release the order on your own without contacting ShipEarly support team as well to remove from your dashboard.
Improved B2B Credit Card Error Message: Improved error messaging on B2B orders placed with credit card to be capture later, in the event there is no room on the dealers credit card we will state the specific reason why the charge could not be created providing more timely insights for your team to act on.
Retailer Registrations: Now when retailers register on your custom subdomain.shipearlyapp.com registration page a connection request will be sent immediately to your company to approve and transact for B2B Commerce.
Retailer Tax Settings: On Local Delivery and Ship from Store we are now using our revised tax rate system to obtain rooftop tax rate accuracy in the United States and allow retailers to manage their tax rates more effectively including determining where they have nexus or not.
