Order Icons

When viewing orders on your Dashboard, Orders tab, or Wholesale tab there are various icons used that allow you to quickly identify what's occurred on an order without clicking on it as a signal.

Discount: If there is a discount on the order you will see a coupon code of scissors cutting out a code

D Distributor: If the order involves a distributor you will see a 'D' at the end of the order to indicate your distributor can fulfill

Comment: If there is a comment on the order you will see a speech bubble. This is to inform you that either yourself, your vendor, your rep, or someone on your staff has left a note on the order others may want to see or set a reminder for follow-up.

Message: You have the ability to send custom emails to the end consumer in our program by clicking on the message customer button on an order. When you submit an envelope will be saved on the order as a reference an email has been sent.

Warning: Orders deemed higher risk of fraud but still payment was accepted will have a warning triangle for you to take extra care in validating the consumers Government issued ID and ensure the last 4 digits of their credit card belong to the consumer.
