Search and View Orders

If you have a large number of orders, then you'll need to know how to sort them to make the list easier to search and manage.

From your ShipEarly admin, you can use filters to change which orders are displayed, and use a custom search for order retrieval with the search bar.

View an order

To view an order:

1. From your ShipEarly admin, go to Orders.

2. Click the order status:

The details of the order are displayed when clicked.

Note: When a customer places an order through your online store, you receive a notification of the purchase by email.

Sort your orders list

By default, your orders list is organized from newest to oldest. You can change this and sort your orders list alphabetically from A-Z or Z-A, order ID, order Type, Retailer, or by order total ($). This is especially useful if you have a lot of orders in your list and you need to find specific orders quickly.

For example, if you wanted to see all your least expensive orders, then you can click the Value header to sort your orders list by total order amount. This would bring the orders with the smallest total to the top of the list. If you click the Value header again, it would reverse the order, bringing your most expensive orders to the top.

To sort your orders:

1. From your ShipEarly admin, go to Orders.

2. To change how your orders are sorted, click a column header.

3. To reverse the sort order of your list, click the column header again.

Filter your orders list

By default, all your orders are displayed in your orders list, from newest to oldest order. You can filter out orders and change which ones are displayed by applying filters to your list.

You can filter your orders by:

• Status: Need to Confirm, Dealer Order, Shipped, Not Picked Up, Ready for Delivery, Delivered, and Refunded
• Order Type: In-Store Pickup, Ship from Store, Local Delivery, Direct, or All
• Retailer: Select the store or group of stores you would like to see orders for

Use the filter search bar

Aside from using the drop-down menus to filter your orders, you can also use the search bar located directly above your list of orders.

You can search using any term or condition you want, such as customer name, product name, SKU, retailer or location.

To use the filter search bar, enter the term you want to use to filter your orders.

All orders that meet this condition will now be displayed.
