ShipEarly stores all your customers' contact information. You can lookup any customer either from the order itself or on the Customers tab inside ShipEarly. ShipEarly asks for customer eMails, which are validated, and telephone numbers during checkout and is required to proceed to order placement.
Get Customer Contact Info from Order Pop-Up
- Login to ShipEarly admin
- Click on the Orders tab
- Click on the search bar and type the customer name, city, state, product, or any other way you would like to identify the customer
- Click on the order associated with the consumer
- Use the telephone number on order pop-up or click on customer to be taken to their profile
Get Customer Contact Info from Customers Tab
- Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Customers tab
- Search for customer by name, order date, state, order ID or any other unique identifier
- Click on Customer Name to retrieve full contact details
Note: On direct transaction or commission dealer transactions customer information is also passed into your eCommerce platform.
