Refund B2B Transactions: Now on Online to Offline & B2B Commerce brands can refund the wholesale amount of the transaction back to the dealer after confirming pricing. Please note the 'Refund Dealer' button now available on all orders. Please note Ship to Store B2B Refunds are only available if they have not been paid out on the Split Payment Report, you can request a manual payout on these by emailing [e-mail]

Reason for Refund: Now whenever you or your retailer performs a refunds a reason can be included and added to the timeline to inform everyone. The reason for refund is available both when the consumer is refunded as well as when the dealer is refunded.

Sections: For improved User Interface and to identify different aspects of an order we have now made sections on the orders. Brands, Reps, and Retailers will see this enhanced view. See example below how there are now boxes around each section.

Authorize Direct Transactions: On credit card payments you can decide to authorize and then later capture. To change click Company Name > Shipment Settings > Dealer Options and under Sell Direct check off Authorize. Direct charges is the default.

Back in Stock Dates: Have product that is out of stock but on order from your supplier? Why not give dealers the confidence to sell it with back in stock dates. For this when they research or look-up inventory we will display the date you have anticipated for it to arrive at your warehouse to keep orders and sales flowing. You can set individual dates on products or use the export/import functionality on the Products Tab to set at scale.

Oversell Items: When combined with Back in Stock dates you can let wholesale customers order with confidence by setting items to oversell and let them know exactly when they will be back in stock.

Ship Dates: Now dealers can select exactly when they would like their purchase orders to ship with a date selector for pre-booking orders.

 Affirm Financing: Now you can let consumers pay over time with a one-time use virtual MasterCard. To turn on: Settings > Payouts > Check Enable Affirm Financing
