Automatic Discounts: You can now create discounts where if the conditions are met with items in the cart the discount will be automatically applied to the users checkout. Only one automatic discount can be applied within a specific date range. This is ideal for Black Friday or other promotions you wish to run. Discounts > Create Discount > Type: Automatic
Mobile Order Summary: The mobile order summary by default now will be expanded to show the discount text box making it easier for consumers to add non-automatic discounts while using their phone.
Improved Order Summary: Orders inside the application will now have an improved user interface to highlight dealer cost as a sum and same colour is applied in the payout calculation. New column headings have also been added to indicate the wholesale transaction and consumer transaction.
Order Commenting: Brands, Sales Reps, Retailers, and Staff Members can now add comments to an order timeline so everyone can transfer knowledge on an order and have it available for others to access. Comments can be added to Online to Offline & B2B Orders. Comments retailers place have a store as default or their logo if entered in ShipEarly, brands have their logo to track who left which comment. On order screens if a chat bubble is available it means an order has a comment.
Consumer eMails from Dealer: We know it is a privacy issue to share consumers emails with dealers as they may add to email lists without permission. We have now created the ability for dealers to send messages to consumers without sharing their email. In addition, you can see which communications a dealer sends to the consumer to ensure a good experience. On Online to Offline orders dealers can login, click on an order, and send a message to the consumer.
Above, the message button is now below consumer contact details.
All emails can be reviewed by the retailer, sales staff, the brand, and sales rep. An email icon will appear beside the order to inform you an email has been sent.
Telephone Validation: Additional telephone validation has been added to orders to prevent incorrect numbers being entered to contact consumers.
API V1: Our first version of the API is available for read-only to gather retailer contact details and inventory information. Settings > API Settings. Please request a copy of the API Documentation if interested in pursuing.
