- Billing Company Name & Email: On the retailers tab > Edit or when you export/import the billing company name and email can be kept consistent as you enter information on sales for downstream processing into your eCom solution.
- Custom Header Tags for Shopify: We are now providing the ability to place custom header tags on the Customer Information and Shipping Method page for those who want to provide select services such as "chat" during checkout.
- Google Tag Manager Shopify: Shopify users now will have access to Google Tag Manager to track funnels and conversions.
- WooCommerce Dealer Checkout: For WooCommerce users that want to continue using WooCommerce for B2B, now when users checkout with an account only those listed other than "customers" will see the dealer checkout. We also only have one button for dealers to click on to checkout now.
- WooCommerce Google Ads & Facebook Pixels: Inside the WooCommerce plugin, brands can add their Google Ads and Facebook pixels to track ad conversions and refine marketing.
- WooCommerce Order Sync: WooCommerce users can now sync their Dealer Orders and B2B Orders into WooCommerce for easier downstream ERP/Accounting integrations. Orders (Can opt out) will be placed directly into WooCommerce.
- Sales Rep & Brand B2B Cart Count: Rather than counting the number of items outstanding in carts, we are switching to count the number of carts outstanding that can be reviewed.
- User Interface & Navigation Enhancements: We have made our application full width giving more area to the application. This allows the edit button to appear on retailers tab. We've also turned every order pop-up into an order page for easier viewing/printing for brands and dealers. We also anticipate in the future adding more information to the order pages. The retailers tab now also keeps track of the last filter you had so as the page refreshes when data is saved it will return you to the original view.
- Alternate Shipping Address Persists: On the B2B for those retailers with multiple locations, we pre-populate those locations inside the B2B and save the location to the order for easier processing.
- Search Bar Performance Improvement: The search bars have been indexed and revised for improved performance/speed to quickly look-up/retrieve information.
- Upgraded Table Design: All tables have been modernized with the latest UI design for better/more efficient display.
- Delete Pricing Tier: Brands now have the ability to remove pricing tiers on their own within the system. Simply ensure no retailers are assigned a pricing tier, and then the option to delete it will arise. Click Retailers > Add/Edit Pricing Tier to remove.
- Remove Retailer: Now you can remove retailers on your own within ShipEarly. Retailers must be in 'Pending' or 'Disconnected' status to remove on your own. To remove a retailer, ensure they are disconnected or pending, click 'Edit' and Delete the retailer.
- Retailer B2B Preferences Saved: Now when your dealers decide to shop either by 'List' view or 'Image' view their preference will be saved by ShipEarly. If they wish to adjust they can simply toggle the view.
