- Infrastructure Upgrade: We are upgrading our infrastructure to make our software more modern, secure, and up to 1.8X faster.
- Credit Limit & Default Warehouse Added to Retailer Export
- Import Retailer Data: You will now be able to mass edit retailer data with imports. You can adjust retailer status, pricing tier, sales rep, default warehouse, credit limit, and Account ID to quickly setup retailers at scale.
- Improved Product Imports: Products can now be mass deactivated/activated in CSV or XLS format. Simply change the text in the field by pasting in a new value and upload.
- Direct Tags for Shopify: Direct orders through ShipEarly will now be tagged with "Direct" for easier lookup.
- Account IDs on Shopify Wholesale Orders: We now place the account IDs for Dealer Orders or B2B Purchase Orders into Shopify as tags for easier lookup or reporting.
- eCom Order ID Improvements: eCommerce Order IDs from Shopify/WooCommerce are now searchable on the Orders or Wholesale tabs. eCom Order IDs are also now placed on exports for easier cross-referencing. eCom Order IDs are added to the Split Payment Reports to cross-reference between accounting and ShipEarly for reconciling.
- Multiple Warehouse Shipping: We now pull multiple shipping rates if retailers order from more than one warehouse it's more visible and listed as a separate line item. We also display as the retailer is checking out which warehouses they are drawing from. Sales reps have a similar view when placing orders on behalf of their accounts.
- Sales Reps Prospects Report: Sales Reps can now view which products their accounts specifically are viewing to have better conversations about what products dealers are interested in.
- Sales Reps & Distributor Retailer Tab: Sales Reps and Distributors can now see which accounts they are assigned to on their own Retailer tab. This is to motivate reps to get their accounts signed up and get a better idea which accounts are on the platform or not.
- Sales Rep B2B Commencement Notification: Sales Reps when assigned will now be notified as soon as one of their accounts starts a B2B Order giving your team advanced notice to close business quicker.
- Last B2B Modification: Sales teams can now determine how long it has been since a buyer last modified their order in the cue to see when changes occur and act on them.
- Pagination on Brand Dashboard: Rather than the View All page, which orders sometimes got lost on, we've made in more obvious where orders will be on a second page.
- Retailer Tax ID: Retailers Tax ID's will now be requested in ShipEarly
- Retailer Notified of Refunds: In addition to retailers being able to see that an order was refunded within ShipEarly when the brand generates the refund, retailers are now notified via eMail when you the vendor initiate a refund on their behalf.
- Customizable Abandon Cart Template: We now give you full ability to modify the entire abandon cart eMail. To do so, it can be found in Settings > Notifications under General
- Customizable Refund eMail Template: Refund eMails are now customizable as to what text you want them to display. To edit, click Settings > Notifications under General
- Billing Address Stored & Displayed: To help fight fraud and give dealers more tools to evaluate consumers at the store or door level when doing deliveries. We now store and display consumer billing information. This is in addition to us already providing shipping info, last 4 digits of consumer credit card, and credit card type to help fight fraud.
- Tax Override: In select jurisdictions for certain products taxes may need to be overridden. We now provide this capability and is stored in Shipping Zones. To adjust, Settings > Shipment Settings > Select a Shipping Zone > Tax Override section. Select which products within the zone require an override.
- Shopify Buy Button: We now support the Shopify Buy button on accounts.
