Install ShipEarly WooCommerce Plugin

The ShipEarly WooCommerce plugin is what interacts with the front end of your website. Please check back frequently to ensure you have the latest version installed. Your success manager will reach out and provide the latest file along with these instructions how to install.

To install the ShipEarly Plugin in WooCommerce:

1. Login to your WordPress admin
2. Click Plugins on the menu
3. Click Add New at the top of the page
4. Click Upload Plugin
5. Click Choose File and select the ShipEarly WooCommerce plugin from your computer
6. Once done, click Install Now
7. Next click Activate Plugin to toggle the application on

Note: The plugin called ShipEarly WooCommerce will now be available in your plugin directory and ShipEarly Configuration will be available on your WordPress Menu

Sync Plugin with Your ShipEarly Account

The final step to sync the front end plugin with the backend database is to provide your login credentials. To do so:

1. Login to your WordPress admin
2. Enter https://shipearlyapp.com as the App URL
3. Enter your App Username (eMail you registered for our service with)
4. Enter your App Password (Password you created at registration)
5. Ensure purchase from both Manufacturer and retail is checked to allow direct sales
6. For Shipping Methods select the desired shipping methods, they are further modified and controlled inside ShipEarly's admin console
7. The plugin will create pages for you for Shipping, Payment, Success, Error, and Coupon codes that the user will be directed to.
8. Click Save Changes

Note: If you change your password for ShipEarly you must change your password in the ShipEarly WooCommerce plugin to match.

Initial pages to be matched for the plugin are:

• Shipping: Store Shipping Address
• Payment: Store Payment
• Success: Store Order Success
• Error: Store Order Error
• Coupon Code: Checkout (Redirects users with coupons to standard checkout page)
