Set Products to Non-Stocking

If you wish to have select products automatically advance to 'Dealer Order' status and bypass attempting to sell dealer inventory you can set individual products to 'Non-Stocking' status. This means that for orders with that SKU 100% of the time you will be shipping the unit to the store and no inventory is held. This is ideal in situations where you release or drop products, special collaborations, or in other scenarios where you know there is no inventory in the field.

Set Individual Products

To set an individual item it's easiest by the user interface:

1. Click on Products
2. Find the product you would like to edit it's stocking status either in search or finding in list of products
3. Hover over the Actionbutton and click Edit Product
4. Enable the 'Non-Stocking' option
5. Click Submit

Set Bulk Products

1. Click on Products
2. Click Export and Select Product Details
3. Open the Spreadsheet and in the Non-Stocking column enter in every product
4. Save the file
5. Click Import and select Product Details
6. Select the revised save file and import
