Online to Offline Commerce
Agree to Terms Before Checkout: When using this feature rather than it being a checkbox the user clicks often without reading the policy we've made the checkout a pop-up that is at least seen before they complete checkout. See documentation how to apply to your store.
Multiple Currency: If you want your store to sell in more currencies than your base currency we now support this! We support USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and other currencies. As long as you are storing the currency in our platform we will display it based on customer locale in checkout. Otherwise it will default to your base currency if not set.
Multiple Currency Reports: You can also now see your sales by different currency types in all our reports to get the pulse of your business globally.
Mobile Wallets: Google Pay has been restored and Apple Pay has been added to our checkout. We are the only Omni-Channel Commerce company to support store pickups and deliveries while using mobile wallets at this time. To turn on the feature, see our support documentation.
B2B Commerce
B2B Minimum & Maximum Quantities: You can now set minimum unit quantities by product B2B customers must order. We have also added Maximum quantities if you want customers to not order over a certain amount and allocate. See support documentation how to apply.
Financials: If allowing credit terms to your retailers we now are keeping track of a ledger so your team (brand staff/sales reps) and dealers can login and see their outstanding credit limits. Can sort by location or financial status and mark invoices as paid.
Financials API: If you receive payment outside our platform into your ERP there is an API where you can record these payments against the outstanding balance that your B2B customer would see. See API documentation.
System Improvements
Improved APIs: The way multiple store locations are handled in our API is now improved and easier to understand/navigate and implement.
Brand Support Links: If you have a support centre you want dealers to be able to easily reference now you can add a Support Link on 'Edit Customer Support' page. This is displayed when retailers click on your contact information page in our platform.
