Within ShipEarly, dealers and their staff can send custom messages to the consumer. Retailers are not provided consumers email addresses as it creates privacy issues with consumers getting spammed or automatically added to mailing lists without permission. We track all the messages and store them on orders for your review if necessary. You as the brand have a direct link with the consumer so there is no functionality for you, but can review all messages sent.
Review Messages Retailers Send to Consumers
- Click on the Orders tab
- Scan orders that have the mail icon indicating a message has been sent to the consumer
- Click on the order
- Below in the timeline you can see the exact message the dealer sent to the consumer to review
