Having your own unique identity or personal interactions with consumers is important. That's why we've made all refund notifications customizable by you. Whether you want your notifications to add personality or become multi-lingual we are here to support your goals.
Customizing Refund Notification eMail
- Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Your Company name in the top right
- On the dropdown menu select Notifications
- In the General Section, Click Order Refund
- Customize the Subject & Content or body of the eMail.
- Include any attachments, in this case return specific documentation that may be required.
- Click Save.
Restoring Refund Notification Default
If you would like to restore the notification to its default setting to see the default template variables or tags you can do so:
- Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Your Company name in the top right
- On the dropdown menu select Notifications
- In the General Section, Click Order Refund
- Click Restore Defaults to refresh to the application default template
