Payments Intro

Understanding the payment process is an important step toward getting paid by your customers. When a customer checks out, they can choose to pay for their order using credit card via our payment gateway partner Stripe.

On direct and commission orders involving a retailer you the manufacturer are the seller of record. In the United States this means you can allow consumers to pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or JCB credit cards. In Canada, consumers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express only. Stripe is the default payment gateway provider and is a requirement to register for our service as outlined in our Terms of Service. Stripe does have the ability to add Klarna and Affirm as Buy Now Pay Later options.
