Online to Offline Commerce
LightSpeed Sales Reporting: For dealers opting for ShipEarly to create sales in Point of Sale (POS) system we will now push Eco Fees, Discounts, and Ship to Store sales into their POS. This also includes creating items in LightSpeed that might not exist so retailers have an accurate record of what sold through their store. For cross-reference purposes as we create orders in retailer POS systems we will be placing the ShipEarly Order ID on the notes field in each order. Please note we do not currently handle refunds for dealers. This must be processed manually for time being.
LightSpeed Inventory Display: Every time a retailer is fetched in any checkout operation the inventory in ShipEarly will be updated to reflect meaning more accurate up-to-date inventory reporting for brands/sales reps rather than daily.
LightSpeed Tax Rates: For retailers on LightSpeed we will be pulling their default sales tax rate directly from their POS so if any changes, it will automatically reflect in ShipEarly within 24 hours. This results in retailers not having to maintain tax rates in two separate systems.
Google Analytics 4: Universal Google Analytics is being sunset on July 1st, 2023. As a result we have integrated with GA4. See documentation as to how to setup your new Google Analytics to have sales data report through. Google Analytics for time being will only work on checkouts through shopping carts.
Google Ads: We've revamped our platform as Google has changed how Ads works adding both Converion lables and Tag IDs. View Integrations to update.
3D Secure 2: To enhance security of users who checkout, whenever possible to avoid/lower fraud ShipEarly will be verifying consumers through their bank. Not every transaction is subject to this, only ones with higher order value or risky behavior.
In Stock Only Flag: We have depricated the In Stock Only sell direct method in favour of each product having the eligibility for In Stock Only. This means that ony retailers that demonstrate or push inventory and have product in store will display in checkout for consumers to select regardless of sell direct method. This option is available on Products tab on edit, in export/import, and via API.
Native Affirm for USD & CAD Merchants: Retailers who wish to offer Affirm can now do so by turning it on inside Stripe and then ShipEarly on the payouts page. Affirm is also now available for Brands in Canada. Please note the program is domiciled meaning you can only sell through Affirm in the country you are based. So US merchants cannot sell using Affirm to CAD consumers.
Payout Display: Moving forward when retailers receive payouts, they will be displayed on order pages within ShipEarly and available to brands, sales reps, brand staff, retailers, and their staff to see exactly when funds landed in their bank account and to which bank it was paid to on the order timeline.
Dealer Locator: Our newest addition to support you is a dealer locator that displays dealers, their inventory, and the ability to buy without leaving your .com website with smart filtering options available for consumers to locate the product they want and delivery options available near them. This supports both dealers eligible for online orders and those who just simply want to be listed as a store.
B2B Commerce
Klaviyo Abandoned Carts: Now when dealers do not complete their B2B Cart we are pushing events and triggers to Klaviyo for you to develop custom rules to remind dealers to return and complete their purchases. See documentation how to setup.
