Online to Offline Commerce

Close Orders Out for Accounts: As the brand account you can now login to the consumer orders tab and close orders out on behalf of retailers so they don't have to request verification codes from consumers. 

Improved Dealer Refund Window: It used to be that dealer refunds on Ship to Store orders where funds were split would only be available within the pay period in which it occurred. Now the dealer refund button will be available consistently so long as there is an account balance on record. The negative deductions will be handled on the bottom of split payment reports.

General

New Modern User Interface: The entire application has been updated using someof the latest technologies to improve the look and feel as well as make future modifications/advancements easier to deploy.

Shopify Fulfillments: We are now using the latest Shopify APIs for fulfillments as prior methods were set to be deprecated later this year.

LightSpeed API Upgrade: We are using a faster more efficient version of LightSpeeds API

French Translations: Additional sections of the application have been made available in native French browsers

Retailer Map & Delivery Distances: The retailer map formerly available on the dashboard has now been moved to the retailers tab. It also now includes radius to indicate coverage for Local Delivery Coverage.

Record Notes on Account: Now notes will be available by account to store custom information on a specific account. See support article how to Create Notes.

Sales Reps

Inventory Visibility to Reps: Sales Reps will now have the ability to come in and view inventory available for their specific accounts to see opportunities for out of stock products.
