We are happy to be the silent partner behind the scenes cheering you on. With white labelling you can skin the application so it removes all logo's, colors, and allows for custom branding.

Custom Subdomain

A custom subdomain must be generated by our company for you. If you do not have one please contact [e-mail] and one will be assigned to your account. This custom subdomain will be the skin of your application and typically be {yourbrand}.shipearlyapp.com for users to login to.

Custom Header Logo

The primary logo shown in the top of the screen can be adjusted to be your company logo. It is recommended you use a black background transparent logo. This logo will be shown on the primary login page and in the top left corner when any user (you, reps, inside sales, retailers or staff) login.

1. Click on Your Company Name in the top right
2. Select My Account
3. In the top select White Label Settings
4. In the Header Logo section browse for a file (note recommended dimensions of 190 x 80)
5. Click Update

A preview will be shown but it is also recommend you visit your primary login page to make sure you are happy with the changes.

Adding or Modifying a Favicon

The favicon is an icon on your browser specifically on a tab for easier navigation back to a specific site you were on when a consumer or dealer has multiple tabs open to locate your platform. The favicon is also used on checkout for consumers.

To add or modify a favicon:

1. Click on Your Company Name in the top right
2. Select My Account
3. In the top select White Label Settings
4. In the Favicon section browse for a file (note dimensions should be 32 x 32 or 16 x 16)
5. Click Update

Note after uploading it will display your favicon in the preview and on the browser tab

Custom Accent Color

Within the program in addition to modifying the logo the color scheme (default blue) can also be overwritten so all tabs and buttons are displayed with your brand colors in mind for users on your subdomain.

To modify the accent color:

1. Click on Your Company Name in the top right
2. Select My Account
3. In the top select White Label Settings
4. In the Accent Color section enter in a hex value for the color code you would prefer
5. Click Update

Note: Hex codes are to start with a hash with a six character string (i.e. #000000)

Background Login Image

The default background on login is black but if you would like to modify this with an image of your brand you can do so in white label settings.

To adjust the background image:

1. Click on Your Company Name in the top right
2. Select My Account
3. In the top select White Label Settings
4. In the Background Image select the image you would like to use (Max 2MB and ideal width is between 1200 and 1600 pixels
5. Click Update
