Add Unregistered Dealers

To add additional store locations without requiring a ShipEarly account can be done by adding 'unregistered dealers'. These are locations that will never receive sales or display inventory but will simply be a map marker location to display. Each unregistered location will require a Store Name, Address, City, State/Province, Country, Postal/ZIP Code, and optional telephone numbers and websites.

Add Unregistered Dealers Manually

To add one store, it is most efficient to be done through the user interface.

1. Click on Retailers Tab
2. Click on sub-tab Store Locator
3. Click Add Location
4. Enter the location details, and note mandatory fields with an *
5. Click Save

Bulk Add Unregistered Dealers

1. Click on Retailers Tab
2. Click on sub-tab Store Locator
3. Click Export to download the spreadsheet template. Any pre-existing dealers will also appear on this sheet
4. Add your dealers with the mandatory information highlighted with * on the spreadsheet
5. Click Import, select your file, and Update.
