Add or Adjust Wholesale Pricing

You can add or update wholesale pricing from the Products page in your ShipEarly admin. This wholesale pricing is used in our Product Discovery Network and to automate how payments should be split between you and your retailers for sales. For high volume sellers this is recommended as opposed to manual lookup and entry prone to errors.

Add or Adjust Wholesale Single Product Pricing

To adjust a single product or a small number of products it is quicker and easier to adjustments on the unit itself. See below for how to bulk import wholesale product pricing.

For a Single or Small Amount of Products:

1. Login to ShipEarly
2. Click on Products
3. Find the product(s) you would like to add wholesale pricing for by search or filter
4. Hover over the blue Action button
5. Click Edit Pricing
6. Enter the pricing in for the various retail pricing tiers you have established for your retail accounts
7. Click Update

Please note you cannot save a product pricing tier with $0.00 inputted, the value must be at least $0.01 or greater.

Add or Adjust Wholesale Bulk Product Pricing

To adjust multiple product prices on products you can use the product export/import feature in table format.

To Bulk Adjust Product Prices:

1. Login to ShipEarly
2. Click on Products
3. Click Export
4. Select Product Details to export out a master file in excel that you can manipulate product data
5. Save the file you are working on as an XLSX
6. Click Import
7. Select Product Details and select the file you modified
8. Click Import

You will receive a confirmation message that the file upload was successful. Please note that B2B pricing and all the details on a product can also be manipulated using our Product Variants API.
