Consumer Program Communication

To clearly communicate the shipping methods available to consumers and avoid them abandoning cart, we provide customizable pop-ups to educate consumers and allow them to purchase with confidence.

After entering in customer information to obtain the options available the user can either click on 'Learn More' beside the Shipping Method label or on the '?' within each shipping method to bring up an example graphic like below:

To upload your own custom graphic:

1. Login to ShipEarly admin
2. Click on Settings or Company Name
3. Click Checkout Settings
4. Under Consumer Program Communication click Browse to find your saved graphic
5. Upload and hit Preview to verify the correct image is applied
6. Hit Save at the bottom of the page to include the image during checkout
