Dealers may ask if they have been paid and how they can determine what their payout was. The dealer can look this information in two separate ways, first via their Stripe dashboard which indicates the payout and payout schedule. Second, dealers can retrieve the order summary by looking up the order inside ShipEarly.

Please review Stripe's documentation on how to view payouts in your Stripe console including the anticipated timing of deposits.
How I Can View Dealer Payments in ShipEarly
Occasionally you may be asked by a dealer how much they have been paid on an order. You can look up all funds distributed to the dealer in the following manner:
- Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Wholesale
- Search and find the order you are wanting to inquire on
- Click on the Order ID to open the order
Example display and Net Revenue or Payout
Note: Net Revenue = Retail Value - Dealer Cost - Order Fees. The Net Revenue figure matches identically with what the dealer will see deposited into their bank account unless any order refunds occur.
How Dealers Can View Payment Summaries in ShipEarly
On each individual order a dealer's can retrieve payout information to determine if the funds have been deposited into their bank account by following these steps:
- Login to ShipEarly
- Click on Dealer Orders tab
- Search or find the specific order
- Click on the Order ID to see the order pop-up
