All products have a definitive start and end date. To remove products from ShipEarly we deactivate them in the platform. Doing so removes retailers from being able to see them when logged into ShipEarly and consumers being able to purchase the product(s).
To Deactivate a Single Product:
- Click on Products tab
- Under status click on what is an Active product and select Deactivated
- Select and toggle all products you would like to deactivate and click Save.
To Deactivate Multiple Products:
- Click on Products tab
- Export the products
- Modify in Excel or CSV in the status column and change to Deactivated
- Save the file
- Import the file back in on the Products tab
Filter Out Deactivated Products on Viewing/Exports
You can easily filter out deactivated products if having to modify the product master data sheet. Simply select 'Active' on the products tab and only active products will be exported or shown.
