After you've imported or synced your products, you can choose the ways in which your products are sold to consumers. We offer several options that allow you to achieve your business goals that let you get aggressive as you would like with respect to direct to consumer. To configure your products:
Login to ShipEarly > Click on Products Tab > Select Product to Assign
In the dropdown menu select your sell direct method, you can select multiple products sell direct method simultaneously and click Save.
What do the Options Mean?
- Sell Direct Exclusively: Means that product will always be sold direct to the consumer only if even if grouped with other products you would like to go through a retailer. This method creates split carts where consumers can receive items in 2 separate shipments, one direct and one to the retailer even if sold in a protected dealers territory.
- Sell Direct Unless Bundled: The only option available for the product is to have it shipped direct, unless it is bundled or grouped with a larger order the consumer decides to have shipped to a store.
- Always Sell Direct: The consumer is always given the choice on these items of buying directly from you or from one of your retailers. Even if a dealer's territory is protected from direct sales, these products will be available for purchase directly.
- Only in Unprotected Territories: Products with this categorization are eligible for dealer protect to keep your top accounts loyal. With this feature items must go through the retailer in their selected territory, orders outside of their protected zone will be eligible for direct purchase as well.
- Retail Only Product: Purchases must be made through a retailer only. No direct options will be shown
