How to Obtain Your Private Shopify API Key

ShipEarly works with Shopify as a Private App. To obtain your private API Key and Password please follow Shopify's instructions:

To generate the required credentials:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps.

2. Click Manage private apps at the bottom of the page.

3. Click Create new private app.

4. In the Description section, enter a Private app name, preferrably ShipEarly.

5. In the Permissions section, select the areas of your store that you want the app to be able to access.

   1. We require read/write access to:
      1. Store Content
      2. Customer Details
      3. Inventory
      4. Orders, Transactions and Fulfillments
      5. Product Information

6. When you're done, click Save. The API key and password for your app are now displayed on screen.
